Art 4-1 Right of Withdrawal

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by writing here within 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. After this period, the return will no longer be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is made according to your instructions or clearly customized through the online Custom service or through the bespoke service with an operator.

Art 4-2 Conditions for Exchanges and Refunds

The seller is required to accept the return of items that are sent back in their original packaging (shoe box, protective wrapping, perfectly preserved and complete with all tags present at the time the goods were received). Otherwise, returns will be refused. Returned products may be eligible for store credit or a refund; for this reason, the receipt issued for the returned goods must be included with the return.

It is reiterated that for items customized or created through the online Custom service or the bespoke service with an operator, size exchanges, replacements with another item, or the issuance of store credit/refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Art 4-3

The processing time is 15 days. The customer will be notified by email once the return has been processed. You may shorten this period by contacting us by telephone at +39 02 49361945 or here and providing the return number.

Art 4-4

For all products returned for exchange or refund, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product to be returned can be shipped or delivered to any of our stores.

Art 4-5

The customer must notify the seller here of all reasons and claims concerning the delivered product(s), indicating any detected defects or discrepancies compared to the order, within 3 days of receiving the package. The seller will not accept any claim submitted after this time. If the claim is accepted, the seller undertakes to reimburse the customer for the expenses incurred or to replace products that are damaged, missing, or do not correspond to the order.
